IT support that keeps your business working.
Remote and on-site support for users, devices and applications. We can handle your day-to-day IT or reinforce your internal team. On-site availability depends on location.

Everyday IT, taken care of.
A computer that will not start, a printer that will not respond or an application that interrupts work. We help identify the cause and coordinate the solution.

Questions about managed it support
We explain the scope clearly before accessing, changing or implementing any element.
Can Soportered act as an outsourced IT department?
Yes. The service is sized according to users, devices, locations, service hours and critical systems.
Do you support organizations outside Venezuela?
Remote support can be evaluated according to scope, time zone, language, access requirements and the systems involved. On-site service is subject to location and a separate agreement.
Does the service include networks, servers or Microsoft 365?
We can coordinate those layers when they are part of the agreed scope. If they require a specialized project or ongoing administration, responsibilities and objectives are defined separately.
How are service hours defined?
They are agreed according to users, locations, criticality and service model. Continuous coverage is not assumed: hours and escalation paths are documented before work begins.
